well, David Moyes is doin not too badly @ Everton ... he's young n shaping Everton into quite a solid outfit. Not easy to beat. mayb in years to come dun b surprised if we see him joining Pool 1 day.

to me, moyes could well be the next "ferguson"... pity liverpool didn't snatch him up and he landed up at the blues...

i was actually hoping martin o'neill would be hired back then when houllier was sacked... really like and impressed with the way his teams(leicester & celtic) play with the lack of funds he had... makes me drool thinking what he could do with more slightly more funds at liverpool... too bad he ended up at aston villa... and look at villa now!!!

if moyes = next "fergie", o'neill is definitely = next "wenger"... :D

and bro owen, you really shouldn't have left... at least we'll still have a 20+ goals-a-season-striker still at anfield... and not forgetting a champs. league medal on your neck...

Only Guus Hiddink can save Liverpool. But he in Russia
Arsene now got so many hot talents waiting to unleash against the world, he wouldn't leave
Left O'Neill but he just joined AV.

Maybe can consider Marcello Lippi:p

Bro owen Rafa where got considered nice? Can't judge by looks la. Look at the people he shipped out. Same with Houllier, after all, he forced Fowler out man.

can't believe Moyes being suggested here. Hv we lost our pride already??? ;)

As a footballer, he is top notch, i think the first english player to play in the bundesliga but as a manager, he flopped for England and Man City...

- win 10-0 or win 4-3 ... doesnt matter pretty win or ugly win ... bottomline is WE WON!!!

- i tot i read somewh tt Dudek will likely start in tis match ... was he injured???

- despite tis bein a 2nd fiddle cup, RB still fielded an almost 80% full squad ... shows tt he still treat tis competition seriously. mayb need to get a result to protect his backside???

- nice to see Agger back! our shaky defence needs his presence!!!

- pity d match wasnt live, so didnt get to see how our youngsters performed

hopefully d win will bring bk some much needed confidence for Pool. tis Sat'day we face a cruncher agt MON's unbeaten Villa!!! Yesh ... Pool will b d 1st team to end their unbeaten run this season!!!

Keegan's managerial career is not that bad. He brought Newcastle and Man City to EPL and Fulham to League Div 1 before becoming England's manager in 1999.

In fact both Newcastle and Man City dont seem to fare any better after Keegan's departure.

At England, it was the players that failed him. In Euro 2000 finals, England beat Germany and lost to Portugal and Romania to late goals after leading in both games.

Keegan's style of play would have made Liverpool exciting to watch. I was bored by Houllier's style and felt sad for the Liverpool fans looking at Houllier 'throwing' away millions of cash. If Keegan was the manager and had that money I am sure Liverpool have to build more trophy cabinets.

Attaking style yes but not the man I want to lead Pool. Keeg brought Asprilla to New, remember? and New finished below Manc after throwing away a huge lead.

I would go for King Dalglish!!! He should come back to continue where he had left behind. Imagine....... Dalglish back as Manager of Liverpool... Imagine.... The sensation will be the same as the Return of GOD or will it be better... Imagine

Cheers
