if staying near the area then change there is ok

if staying at district 1 and travel by taxi there to change then doesn't make sense unless changing big amount.

its the 1st time i ever heard other districts having higher rates then CBT and An Dong area.

Some people says its not girl friendly. I have stayed there before. We have brought girls up and some viet guys from don't know what far far province. Its like a condominium. Don't think we need to pass by the reception when going up our apartment because the reception doesn't seems to work at night. Sorry if my info is wrong. Went there in 2012.
