why so interested in problems there? you want start a bar there or something? or you a reporter trying to understand the life there? more interested in the gals lah.

If you really want to hear stories, just go any bar, buy the guy next to you a drink, make friend, sure a lot of grandfather stories come out. :p

sure , since selling beer over there has so many problem, give u choose.
I still thought you and him earn alot over there and be big boss , usually should be let customer choose first drink since we patronize the bars.

is not i want to bother, is he own self exposed his problems.
this kind of thing should be said in discreet and not here.
all the while promoting soi 6 very good and open many bars.
I read I also think, sure bo, so zai there ah or just using here as a free advertising platform.

I don't think you'll go into details when your boss and customers/clients scold you or make trouble with you right?

Those caring info will not help bros here much, except for those interested in starting a business there. But if need this forum or any other online resources to know how to work a bar in Pattaya, then it's a road to failure. All we need to know as a customer/guest there is, 1st sign of trouble, pay and get out:p

Just visit Pattaya more, sit there observe for days/weeks/months. You'll slowly learn it's not as easy as what most people think. What I learnt is nothing really what it seems on the surface, especially so on the 6.;)

IIRC, kawaii bro almost every afternoon report to Soi6 to observe for 6months before he bought his 1st bar there.:cool:

so he brought the bar by pumping money to the bar and the real owner is local thai name.correct me if i wrong anyone.

you think so simply as sitting there and observe? anything is this forum just take it with a pinch of salt. Obviously, here not the place to learn, just a place to share infos and FRs.

is not easy to open a business in thailand, u must be willing to work for very little or, initially, even nothing but your visa. Volunteer to do anything and everything and do it well.

Learn the language, talk & listen to your boss, suppliers, customers, police, bureaucrats and coworkers. After a few years you will have the knowledge and the contacts.

money, language and thai locals contacts is very important not just sit down there and observe and wait for sky to fall.

Personally, I think "advertising" here make them more busy not really in terms of business. Last time I could go chiong with Kawaii bro more in the night whenever I visit. Now he's has more people to take care or accompany.

He also seems more tired. Last time we can go all the way till 5am ending at JP bar, now I think by 2am he tired liao.

Ya more people in his bar, but doesn't really mean more business. Like me I never took any of his gals ST, I mostly buy orange juice and can sit for hours. My last 8 jagerbomb nite at his bar, 2 was from him, 2 was from his mama-san, 2 was from a buddy. So I didn't end up buying that much drink. But we stayed there from 9pm to around 1am.

So you think that's good business? Pattaya bar cannot really earn big money lah, especially in low season. It's just Kawaii bro trying to be a good host, people misunderstand it's all for business. I won't denied good host bring good business though, but being a good host does sacrificed a lot of time and effort.

In case anyone wonder why I get free shots. It's simple, I gave them gifts, so they return me with drinks. I think a few bros here seen me give out stuffs before, even to ladies I don't even know 555

If you have doubt, just visit the bar lah. Don't need say you come from which site, just say you from sg and new to Pattaya. Then just buy the drinks as you pleases.

Or if you want try, can don't pay and make trouble, then see what happen lor. 1st hand experience is always better than stories 555 I never even want to know what really will happen,just not interested in such stuffs.

The last I saw was a drunk chocolate guy ringing bells on half of all old simon bar complex bars. The tourist police escorted him, the mama-san in one of the bars said they'll make the guy pay.

because Bars and restaurants have a very high rate of failure :)
want big money, something else in Thailand will have better ROI .
