To put it simply, "main action" is how they described vagina penetration, in short, if it is normal soapland there is such thing happening. However, do remember that soapland is soapland and not brothel (there is no brothel in Japan actually).
To put in in details, there is penetration involved but do not ask for it from the staff, they will probably say NO then boot you out. Under Japan legal law, vagina penetration is illegal. So, when you enter, depends on type of establishments, some have TOTAL fee and most high class only states their BATH fee on their site, I actually posted these in details on other thread, go dig them up. You cannot opt to not pay full, you have to pay full to use their establishment.
In general procedure, you will be led by the girl to the room, then depending on your soapland grade and the girls themselves, they will greet you differently and proceed with removing your clothes for the bath. Some do have the nuru gel type massage, some does not, but in general, they will ask you to sit on a stool so they can wash you. They will tease you while washing you (use your imagination..) then probably ask you to soak in the bathtub and then the bed to "relax". In a way, you do not really have to do much if you do not want to, they are there to service you and treat you like a King, literally.
Another point of note here is, depending on establishments and girls again, though most will give you a nod for the "action", you should be aware that quite a number of girls allow customer to raw them, if you are uncomfortable with it do remember to ask for condom, especially if they do not help you put it on, I had to ask for it sometimes...heh..
Most establishment normally allow 2+ to unlimited shots during your period (90-120min period++), they will probably ask what you want to drink during rest period etcetc. Once done, they will wash you again, put your clothes back and escort you out (the Manager or someone at the shop will ask you how it is etc and ask you where would you want to be send to with their car. Most shops have car to ferry customer between their shops and station, they will mostly take you to some of the nearest stations around, there is 3 stations relatively near so it would be either one of them, so request accordingly if you are planning to take train back, there is abundance of taxi in that area especially at night hehe).
In general, it is also depends on the chemistry between you and the girl and if you are able to communicate with them. I do find the communication part quite fun, I learnt quite a few things about the soapland area from the girl.
