you are welcome :) for kanchanaburi u may wish to visit this Wat Tham Seua http://www.thai-blogs.com/2009/07/15...-kanchanaburi/, seems to me very nice as there is a huge Buddha image, its just nearby Wat Tham Fad. This temple maybe for visit and pray pray...maybe not much of amulets ba...

and also the famous temple for tourist tiger temple Wat Luang Ta Bua but visit this temple only if u like tigers and want to get up close to them... its more of a tourist attraction for leisure not the usual tample trip for worship, tamboon or amulets

http://www.thai-blogs.com/2010/03/01...-the-beaten-3/

u can search more locations online for places to visit on kan, i had only been there for short while so many places i did not go. but overall feeling its a beautiful place as there are forest, caves and waterfall in that area

The famous monk Luang Phor Uttama's temple is also in kan but its near the end of the province means very far....

Kanchanaburi, my main target is to have a donation session and hopefully do a wax blessing at Wat Thamfad. Already emailed Luang Phor Watchara, and have received reply for my trip to seek a blessing from Luang Phor.

Going to do a morning Dana, then blessing! Hope to get some Luang Phor's master (Luang Phor Samrit) bucha and/or amulet as well! :)

sorry .. slighty off topic.....just want to post and let u guys know that Laungta Maha Bua( aged 97) was cremated on monday. for those who doesnt know who he is..Laungta Maha Bua was the last surviving student of the Great ajahn Mun. thus this sort of mark the end of an era.

for those who know luang phar koon( the monk who just a rod to knock on heads to give blessing)... he was a student of the ajahn lee who was also a student of ajahn mun.
