If you write down your name & IC# wrongly then you will be inconvenienced by the AV. If you got caught with your pants down doing FJ your particulars will be taken down. Later the HC girl will be prosecuted and if she denied doing FJ with you, then you will be summon to Court to give evidence. New ruling or not, i really dunno... but aint many times that new rulings in Sillypore will be blown up in the press... & i only know when gst goes up or hiding illegal immgrants, then will be in the news.

Roughly, it is something like that... If caught pant down... They will take down the particulars, & also be asked to come down to their base to record statements... usually a warning will be given (not sure cos no experience). I think they likely give the impression or you can say their tactic that they reserve the rights to prosecute and ask your mum or wife to bail you out, so force you to co-operate.

this could be true..I was told during a recent session by a HC masseur that those tui na shops customers caught in action were photograhped and wife/mother to bail them out. You can choose not to believe though as it could be competition driven. Good luck.

Unfortunately they only threatened AhPek and those who are not so educated in English or Chinese or as I have said deliberately write wrong info. in the book. Yes, it can be frightening when they bang the door shouting and with a fierce look. They knew it and applied fear psychology on you so as you need to co-operate meekly.
We have our rights tell them nicely do not antagonized them they are just doing their work and also as human as us. We did not commit a serious crime because there no signage telling us that in this HC hanky panky is prohibited.
The worse happened many years back. The HC at Balmoral Road now Lexon was raided and the cheongsters was fined and their names was publish in the papers.

Bro Gedangsa it happened many years ago and I don't have the date of the papers. I remember I read about the HC written by a foreigner in the CIA World Sex Guide. Named of the men caught if I am not mistaken was around 6 and their names and occupations really appeared in the paper and later somebody wrote in the forum to object.
