Just visited there recently …can take train to Bukit Bintang and walk about 200m … it’s on the ground level of The Federal hotel ..
Not inside the hotel but somewhere like the security guard area..on the ground level.. u have to look out for the billboard light sign “Deluxe Health spa”

They are part timers …Malaysia gals , students , Korean , local Malays … rates from 280 and up … varies

Tried one local gal from Ipoh .. Been there like 10 yrs ago, there was a decent selection of M'sia chi gals. But heard that recent years left only the foreign ladies avail at the spa

Unfortunately now no more, I was there last week and only Viet & Thai. Price also inflation, damage RM340 so its like paying for the girl and spa facilities together.

As of now I know only Deluxe spa @Federal Hotel, Sense spa @ Cititel & Hokkaido @ F88 that are still in operation. The rest all gone liao.

Out of the 3 only Sense is a real spa with proper facilities, the rest just provide seats for mirror and fuck rooms. ;)
