About 10-15 mins taxi from Ben thanh market, this place is good for eating BBQ goat meat and goat breast. The way to eat them is to wrap the BBQ meat or breast in rice paper together with BBQ lady fingers and some herb, dip them in a special sauce which is a combination of chilli and fermented tofu base. It is extremely delicious.

Don't forget to order the delicious goat meat hot pot too. The soup base is herbal, serve with noodles, kuay teow and bean curd.
I order 1 hot pot and 1 goat meat for BBQ, cost about 380K include drinks, enough to serve 3-4 person.

I know there are many lau de shop in Saigon. Anyone care to share their favourite shop to eat lau de?

About 10 mins walk from Ben thanh market, this shop sell delicious Beef noodles hue style or Bun Bo hue. Order a big bowl cost about 50K, it is filled with slices of beef, pork knuckle, and three kinds of chả (ground meat loaf) – beef, pork, and crab.

The soup is richly flavored with shrimp paste from hue or mắm ruốc húe , lemongrass, onion, pineapple and lots and lots of boiled beef bones.
My local friend tell me the tasty soup attract alot of japanese expat as their regular customer.

If you are daring enough; you can try but 80% of the time the VB pics do not match with the real person. You must let the person know that if the Pics and the real person do not match; u will not pay a Single cents. A lot of times the VB will as for transportation tips since u don't want. Ignore them just say that u are not the same person as the pics.

was in hcm the previous weekend. apologies for the late reports.

The same person can not zap you twice. The back end here forces a member to
'spread out the reputation points'. Only after giving out 1000 times can one return to the same target again. My account only lets me do once per 24 hours, so that means almost 3 years making sure to zap or up once per day all that time.

That said, someone could switch to a clone account to do it, or have some friend do it. There are some who work that way here.

I concur with Fireshark that percentages of girls who look like the pictures (among massage girls at least, or any offering sex) are quite low. I experimented with it a bit and nearly all the ones I chatted with cut off communication when I tried to test them on verifying that they looked like their pics. That said, there are some damn good looking pictures on there, and if any of those did turn out to be real, it might even be worth the trouble. Price of one hour massage: 240000 dong ( about SGD $15 )

Standard sauna fare, follow sop
1. bring you to locker room
2. undress - give you locker key
3. proceed to lounge with big sofa and tv screen. Get fruits and drinks here if you need.
4. since I no need, and runner saw my face clearly says 'no need', I was asked if I want massage straightaway.
5. I replied yes and was brought to massage room to wait

This is where I want to add something. I have been to sauna/massage in a few countries - macau, china, hongkong, Malaysia, but the girl who walked in here, is something I have never seen before. Young and hot and beautiful and sexy, she is the prettiest girl who has ever massaged me. I think its the norm in this Vien Dong hotel. Most of the girls I saw walking around - very hot.

Massage however was lousy. Its not that she isn't good. She is obviously well-trained. There are gems in wechat but you need to use a better tactic. English speaking girls will tend to find their own customer. Many of them allow video call. They are also the group which tend not to lower their prices, 1-1.5mil. Some of the girls in this category are ktv or bar girls. I met few really good ones though i think video call may not be foolproof.

D10: The ks for website girls are north of Ba Thang Hai street (3/2 street on some maps). That is after the big roundabout that is at start of Dien Bien Phu street.

D8: Right if you go to end of Ba Trac, there's a roundabout and one street more or less staight ahead with big palm trees in the middle divider is Duong So 9A, take that down to first traffic light and make a left onto Duong so 8, and you are in hotel-land for website girls of District 8. Street 7 especially has a lot of their hotels. This area is billed on the websites as District 8 but it seems to be really Binh Chanh district. That's what the business cards of the hotels say. THere are a few hotels right on Duong So 9A but most are in off that main street.

Actually the stretch of LHP with the hotels is beside the famous Quoc Tu pagoda (see photo). And there are also many more ST hotels on nearby streets, particularly the last alley that you take left to go to Su Van Hanh street. Exactly. Just keep walking up that street on that same side and you will see for example Hotel Kathy, probably the best known of those hotels. When you reach the last alley (hem), turn left and so many there too.
