I got 4.7 on Sat at peoples park.....

the weird ting was that the remittance shops upstairs were quoting me at 4.70 plus S$18 admin charges... then i went downstairs, walked around a few stalls, the rate ranged from 4.68 to 4.7, which i eventually took...

It will be better to avoid remitting / changing during the weekends, rates are lower than weekdays, i noticed that changing during wed/thurs will still be the ideal time. Just my thinking. Hope this helps.

stick to your geylang backlanes

Sigh.... for the unlearned, i've been working in Shanghai and South China for the last 5 years, and can afford to give out more than the merlion keychains some cheapskates are so fond of giving......

Also, i think u may be more familiar with geylang as the only times i've been there is to eat beef noodles and frog leg porridge.... hope your cauliflowers tasted good and u have recovered..... :D
