The 100 days Yanda (Strict Control) started on 11 Apr when the new Beijing Police Chief took over office.

Phase 1 focus on KTVs, they raided and shut down many ktvs in BJ. Phase 2 focus on Massage and BBS joints. Similarly they raided and shut down many joints with extra services. Now they are into the final phase of Phase 3. Phase 3 focus on OKTs and hotel sex. They pretend to be customers to catch OKTs, some OKTs have gone missing for a while so you know when they go (free food and accommodation). The civilian police also patrol and spot check hotel lobbies. If they find suspicious man or women they will check with the hotel registration record and raid the hotel room. One bro was caught in this situation, good thing not with his pants down.

KTVs and Massage joints are safe now. Internet and phone sex have to wait for a while more. Exercise caution, don't get into such trouble in China.

or will phase 3 even be completed by then?

basically every hotel will fall under the survillance...and anyway you won't be able to find a massage place in town if you are looking for those with full service..

cat 200 & 300 represents the tips for the girls in the KTV...so therefore cat 200 means the tips is 200...

BJ hotels are under strict surveillance now. Gong Ans are going sfter the okts who provide sex thru Internet and phones. If you want to bring girl to your room, it's safer to stay at service apartments or condomunium hotels. You can find them thru C-Trip or E-Long.

let me ask say this for the last time, i doubt u will be getting info on massage place from this forum from beijing coz u are not the 1st one that had been asking... there are alot of bbs in town though...so when u are walking along the streets, juz look out for shops with pink neon light but just for your info, dun even think about looks, it's just needs that they provide...

Day time should be safe. If you stay at service apartment, it's safe at night also. One bro who stays regularly at the hotel condominium near my apartment (海晟名苑) have no problem bringing girls back at all.

Thanks to a bro information, I realise that good old sammy is not block now as I have stayed away for ages with little access.

A small group of us went to Bao Chen last night after many hit and misses due heavy travelling outside my Beijing base. Apparently latest ruling forbids more than 3 gals (with proper registration badge) per room. I am not sure how long this new rule will remain in place as it would mean bros would have to cheong in numbers at 3 or lesser.

None of the gals we had would agree to a supper venture so I guess, everyone is exercising caution with run up to National Day on October 1.

haha bro, long time no see. 5 of us were at ying huang (kerry centre) last night. BJ is strict now as national day is coming.

depending on the ktv, you can have many people, when the gong an visits then leave 2 girls in the room for show. it's important to go to safe ktvs - those with strong gong an backing. one of our regular place is owned by gong an, so there is very little worry. there is no problem to tabao also.

btw, cat 400/500/600 ktvs are the key targets of gong an now - big fish got money mah. tianshang vip was raid last night. better to go cat 200/300 for now.

If this is the case, better go to Self Serve KTV and bring your own... or go to Disco that has KTV inside such as CoCo Banana.. you can bring your own or sian some gals on the floor and bring them in..
