Anyway..for customers of bars please note that Duty Free Bottles cannot be consumed in bars. So most bar owners..including me do not allow customers to BYO unless its Duty Paid.
This bottle was a gift from bro Atl to me so we took a few swigs of it then I kept the balance in my own room. If there is an inspection we get a 6000 baht fine per bottle. I have had requests from several bros and I have said no each time. Please do not ask me why it can be done in other places like discos such as Hollywood. Answer is I do not know.:)

If you want to fill up , Apex breakfast is 150B. Not very good quality but can go 3 or 4 rounds of acceptable food. My favourite there is the passable refillable kopi! I usually sit there 90mins with my newspaper going 2 or 3 rounds - 1st round western eggs/sausages/ham/salad etc 2nd round thai food 3rd round fruits and cakes.

It used to be dirt cheap for many good dishes but has quantity and quality has gone down in recent years! Holds many memories there for me so I eat there one every trip.

Hahaha i always scrimp on food to spend on beer and pussy mah, more sanuk mah lol... Aniway u guys enjoy and continue to promote patts as i retire temporary from patts as i involved in bgr now lol cheers....

Actually we tried to open it at another bar in Soi 7 but was denied with the same reasons as stated from Bro Soi 6 from the bar owner. They can get fined and maybe trouble with the police or even lose their license!

We opened another bottle at a Central restaurant and they had no problem with it so I guess it is a licensing issue ; i.e, restaurant license vs bar license.

Bottles with thai duty paid can be differentiated by the thai duty long sticker across the top of the bottle and the screw threads. Maybe bro Soi 6 can take a pic to show us.
