When you are free, maybe you want to add in these 2 clubs as well? You guys might have been long enough at Vietnam to have visited these places anyway... hahaha.

Especially 02 Gold Club is one of the most happening club I know of in that district now. Every day full house and the clubbers there, the girls, dep. As for the GROS, over demanding... that's all I want to say. They think they are pretty enough to deserve a 500k tip. I favour the clubbers more than the GROs there anyway.

The thing about Gold is that the deejays are pretty good and plays really good mixers. :)

As for Canalis, not too bad but not as big as Gold Club.

For cheap and nice ( pretty and young:p), u should go to cafe OM where is round dict 5 at Nguyen Tri Phuong oround Cho Lon and dict 8 at Au Duong Lan street or Duong Ba Trac street.It is opening, all the pretties who re from the Mekong delta re very sweet. :D

Hmmm, hi all. my first time going hcmc this coming 29jun - 22 jul. Going with a viet girl that i know here. but got feeling she's going to aeroplane me or scam me, so i prepared to jalan alone there.

Read that D1 near the ben thanh market is reccommend for newbies. Since i staying for ard 3wks, would there be any girlfriendly hostel/hotel which discounts good for such "long" period? Dont wish to spend more than S$300 on accomodation..

Also interested in those bbbj cafes/pubs, and love to try my luck with waitresses working in decent restaurants/eateries. Any such cafes/pubs/restos nearby? I think most of the time I would spending walking around, viewing hcmc. knowing new friends etc (however my spoken.written viet is 0.) if my viet girl aeroplanes me.

If possible, will appreciate any seniors wouldn't mind to meet up to show me around. I see this clones battle, i dont know who to pm or contact maybe except TS. Pardon me for these noob questions. I am excited to visit hcmc but other hand quite worried about scams and personal safety... Thanks for any help offered.

SGD300/3 wks = SGD300/21 nights = SGD 14.29/night = VND 237k/night.

It might be a challenge to find USD11/night hotel rooms in Q1.

Want to "try your luck" with waitresses in "decent" restaurants with zero Vietnamese?

That might be a challenge too.
