still have not built up a nucleus or foundation.

hope with Gerrard and Torres in action tonight, although they are not fully fit,we can get a good result.

Bro you are entitled to your opinion but Rafa's record at Valencia would suggest he is more than a cup specialist. In fact he lost 2 CL finals with Valencia if I recall correctly.

No nucleus? Added to Gerrard and Carra - Agger, Mascher, Alonso, Skrtel, Torres and now Keane? This in the context of a chairman strapped for money (Moores), clearing Houllier's deadwood, feuds with and between the American owners and the CEO, having to build a new stadium?

If it had been another manager (Keegan or Curbs), they would have walked out of the club long ago.

Frankly bro, I am shocked at how crap the scum were - all credit to us for scrapping and fighting!

No one has talked about the players yet so let me start:

Riera: awesome debut, full of tricks but also worked hard and effective in his distribution. Gave us good balance on the left - he and Aurelio looked good as a pair. Hopefully he can sustain it.

Mascher: you can see his pain after letting his good pal ghost in behind him to score the first goal. Little Chief must have run a marathon last night! Most important of course being the battle with Giggs which led to our winner.

The winner sure looked a lot like our winner against Barca in the CL a couple seasons back where Riise scored off Bellamy after the golf clubs incident!

Kuyt - No goal for the flying Dutchman but an all action display. And looking good in a more central position. Perhaps he can regain confidence to play as a striker soon.

Keane - becoming a bit like Crouch when he first joined us - how many air balls has he kicked already? I think he should see a therapist to relax and let his game come to him - he is too tense now. Let's get behind him!

LIVERPOOL 2 SCUM 1

A hard worker too and daring to bring the ball with him! Good buy!
Did u see Ryan babbel???? His confidence is at another whole new level.... Im amazed! Though that goal he scored, still has some skeptics, he strikes it onto the ground and..... who knows when its not his day again? But thumbs up for him to have that confidence to go against the manure defense.

His performance is surely different from the previous matches, looks good to me though as it seemed like he has finally picked up his former role in turtleham and apply in liverpool :D

I tot thats it man. Another bad day again! Then mascherano was like from another planet after letting that goal. My man of the match. Then the inevitable red card comes. and I was 80% confident Liverpool will take all 3 points, the Clash between liverpool n manure, whoever receives red card will lose. Has been like that for the previous x matches.

Tots: The boys were playing very well, until when Gerrard was substituted in and then the team kinda in some form of ?pressure...... perhaps a new tactic needed some time to re-adjust?

Hopefully we will get to see more of Benayoun and dun sell Xabi.

we were the better team in the 2nd half. Seemed like the scums are afraid of the 50-50 ball. Break a leg?
Micheal carrick on clutches I laughed. Berbertov at the sidelines, I smiled. Fuckerson with damn red face, and stoned. Priceless.

Though i manage to catch the last few minutes of the match. It was still equally satisfactory to watch the REDS get one UP against their great rival.

I think we did pretty well so far in the season and hopefully don't falter later.

It is a long season ahead and competition will be very tough.

Have been a REDS since 80's where TV is still in black/white. Good to see quite a sizable of supporters here.

You'll Never Walk Alone
