Have to deal with each one by one. It is tiring in office politics. I am getting old and these are too stress :D

Example of some problems I am facing which most ppl are facing too.

I want to close sales but knn accountant back stab me why I gave 100USD discount to customer. Nbzzzz worse someone came ya ya ya we want revenue, on the other side, told me it was improper as this will have issue with account. Haizzz, I wanted to f them back, my sales is to feed u every months and your job is to settle all these figures. End of the day, I am still the devil. :rolleyes:

i still fight everyday....fight till the day i die in office political ground...if i were in yr case, i won't say anything...

but if Boss ask me why i give USD$100 discount, i will say "u ask me this because some bloody accountant told u right? This accountant is ONLY supposed to settle the figures not questioning why i do so. if he don't know how to settle the figures because he "don't know how to resolve", then better jolly well go back to school and learn again" :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

The problem is when u have 2 headed snake. 1 side want to show caring and concern raised by accountant, the other side wants numbers. CB talked to me agree, yes yes, bring in the sales figures, the other side, u cannot do this, it will cause problem with account.

This type of cb 2 headed snake, I also dunno how to deal. Just loon....today got an nasty email, oi your website looked horrible can get someone redo. Website represents part of your marketing tool. I remember months ago, I requested budget to redo website but was rejected due to cost. Nbzzz wanted me to spend less than 1000 to do a more professional website. I feel like, u neow chee neow lan, 1000 bigger than cow wheel? Again, loon, knn making tons of profit and yet so stingy. Tiu le ke chao hai. :D

urs like that also susah difficult leh sound more complicated than i tink :p....the situation....but $1 mean $1 output lor....:D

talking about nasty email, i also just sent out one nasty email to some cb client....LIFO one...Last In expect First to Come Out....i sent them "nicely"....humiliate them nicely....tell them, my role is not liable to them only...and nobody ask myself to do OT and claim extra $$$$ for their fucking job, so don't expect too much....where got everytime Last Minute expect fastest output one? even if u go ask for courier service, they also allocate their own time for each delivery at their own pace unless u pay extra bucks to deliver faster or arriving at specific time lor....:mad: :rolleyes:

I am a collector, a hobby keeping amulets, never can qualify as an archan cause I always feel horny and always hug gers and drinking :D

Last trip, went to Wat Bangphra, a group of chinese tourists, si beh wu lui. Bought many amulets, buchas and 2 trolleys of 2 big giant 4 faces buddha and queuing up to be blessed by LP :eek:

Personally, no offence to others, after LP Pern passed away, personally I dun like this temple. It has become too commercial. 2 monks, standing behind the counter, collecting money. Many different types of buchas like KMT, 4 face Buddha, Pikanet n so on.... I went there was to pay my respect to LP Pern. He was the 1st monk, I got to know in Thailand and slowly learn from there.
