Student, PDMM. work permit- take some time to process

Its not going court...those gers will assume that they are going court. Social visit and student pass and PDMM go report to ICA.

Work permit go to MOM.

Its not becos tat bro bailed them yesterday...Just tat ICA / MOM is not open on sunday which is today. But sometime, AV will throw them to ICA/ MOM yest nite and release today.

They did not commit any offence. Just Undesirable character for social visit pass and student pass. For work permit holder it will be infringment of Employment Act.

Social visit pass will be repatriate back in three days time.

Student pass / work permit holders, they will investigate on their documents when they apply for student pass and will investigate on the companies of those wp holders. Meanwhile, they will have to surrender their wp or student card to ICA/MOM in return for a special pass.

Meanwhile, wp and student pass will have to constantly go to ICA to extend their so called special pass. On the special pass, they will indicate that they are being classified as under--> Undesirable character, i think under Immigration Act duno which 50+ section.

If any documents for the student pass/ work permit is fake, be prepare for jail term of at least 2wks or more.

I believe after the AV most of the gal will not dare to work in the night time liao..... so the best time to go it HH heehee....

Only those who are not scare they will still go and work in the nite time lor....

So the ratio for the night it 1:6 maybe......
