I think Reds need to give up on winning the League...I just dont understand why Rafa liked Lucas so much, Lucas is bloody hopeless and is worst than Sisoko  I will just have to boycott watching Reds play to avoid heartaches, blah...

When Wigan equalised, he took off Gerrard! Wah. Like that how to win the match? I don't know how Lucas can be a bigger goal scoring threat than Gerrard in central midfield.

Bro, it might seem like bad decisions but both Torres and even Stevie were poor throughout the match (in fact, Babel and Yossi played better than them). The real problem is why the other players could not step up and win the match. When Keane came on, he gave away 2 fouls and that was his contribution to the game. :(

So how ah? You always try to see a positive light here. But we drew 7 out of our last 10 matches. So.. it's getting hard to remain positive right? I get so depressed i refrain from posting in this thread sometimes. Just don't wish to say things in a fit of anger or disappointment. We want our team to suceed but we are so helpless when it comes to change.

Rafa seems like a very stubborn man. i hope he listens to his head more than his ego.

I'm TRYING to be positive ;) Last night was really depressing because of the late goal. I'm sure we will come good when Torres gets back to form, but it might be too late by then. :(

like all our faithful pool bros here, i was dam disgustingly pissed when we conceded d equaliser i threw my remote ctl in disgust! what is worth mentioning had oredi been mentioned by our bros here. can onli say tt we lack d consistency n tt bit of 'oomph' which d other 3 contenders possessed. cant believe even a team like villa is catching up n may even overhaul us this weekend. unthinkable!

juz hope tt our neighbors everton do us a favour by gettin a result agt manure tis wkend.

Lets not vent the anger on Rafa..

He didnt win the Spanish title twice for being lucky....

Maybe he did lost abit of his mind here but I believe he is strong enough to take the pressue...

Yes he picked the squad, made the subsitution but then the players have to play a part and be responsible too..
I'm sure he didnt tell them to have plenty of possesion and dont score..

Torres just got back from injuries and have played 2 full games in a space of like space of 6 days, not to mention both are Merseyside derby...
If he not playing well, might as well take him off and rest him for Chelski, a match which we really cant afford to slip up...

Just because we are such a good position for so many years mean we have the right to win the title..
Why dont we see it as a huge improvement instead?
Afterall, which team dont suffer a lost of form? Just that its our turn now....

Put it simply, theres a reason why he is the manager and not us...

Spot on bro, you can't say (as the pundits do) to take more risk in matches and win some, lose some, get more points and avoid draws. For one, defeats will sap the morale of the team and drop you from the top.

I think we have made ourselves very hard to beat over the 2 seasons. This season, only 1 defeat. Rafa needs to get the balance right. I feel we need a third goal-scoring musketeer besides Gerrard and Torres if we are going to break down teams like Stoke and Wigan. ;)

Rafa had enough number of good players when he won the La Liga.

There are still twists & turns in the remaining 15 matches, but it will be very difficult to overtake the red devils if we don't gamble. What's the point of
getting 3rd or 4th place with only one defeat at the end of the season ?
