IMHO, the chicken rice in BKK is poor ...cannot fight with S'pore. For one, they tend to use cheaper lower grade rice (surprising from one of best rice producers in world) which tend to lump together; when I see the rice,
1/2 sian. And they don't make the chicken so that it is continually fresh.

Their chicken rice food may be poor but that's not to take anything away from their "cock food" which is better quality than S'pore, haha :D

tot holidays have been on for some time and students are replenishing Siam Htl....wouldn't touch Lumpini with 100-foot pole. Too cheap so risky :D

I am tickled and very amused that some spend more time planning and TCSS abt going to a place than duration of trip itself...eg. they spend 2 mths planning for a 5 day trip. Lots of NATO which is "de rigueur" here.
