On my arrival yesterday evening 15/03/2015, the best exchange rate at TSN airport that I managed to get was SGD 1 = VND 15,415 ... This afternoon 16/03/2015, I managed to get SGD 1 = VND 15,620 from shop 624 at Cho Ben Thanh ... :)

Was in HCM yesterday and search people nearby in
Wechat. The response was tremendous. More than 10 girls said Hi. Chat with two girls, both quoted USD 50 for ST. One girl provided more than 10 photos and all are so beautiful. Didn't try as sharing room with Boss.
Anyone tried these services? Do the photos and actual person match ? Going again to HCM next month and thinking of trying out these Wechat WL.

try then report....but here is some stats...guys who remain anonymous, who have reported it here WITHOUT passiong on the girls contacts have said its good...guy who i have actually met plus guys who live here and have also tried it have said its mostly scam..ie fake pic bait switch....so u use you judgement...me personally i have never bother as i have better alternatives...but just remember the addage...something that is good has self promotion...no need to find buyers...

Even if I have $0 VND; I will ask Taxi to go CBT to change money.

Even Sim card at airport are selling at VND100,000, while you pay VND58,000 elsewhere.

Hi people, i have signed up sbf for very long time but just started posting.
Tomorrow evening i will be heading to ho chi minh with 2 friends.
Any suggestion where are the nice place to girls for entertainment where price is moderate? It can be a ktv, beauty salons, bars and etc.
I read from the thread some say wikisexpedia info is not updated alot of places listed in there are closed. Tried to click on Hurricane88 self help link but not working either.

I am staying in D1 so is there any decent place to go near D1? can be other district but i don't know how to speak viet.. will be very much appreciated!

It will be my first trip. Although i know it will not be a very enjoying experience because need to have a friend who speaks viet or better still you yourself need to know, but i am trying to reduce the upcoming possible displeasure experience as much as i can :)

Cheap seafood:D, not sure for now as that was couple years ago.
Went with my Vietnamese ex-gf
SGD60 for beers, prawn, fish, lotus root salad, etc.

my self help link to is working properly...i just click on it...i read the link you provided...hv to say many info regards to HCM outdated...all those raided and closed establishment still mentioned there...think the owner had not updated...but the site also consist many info regarding many cities and not only HCM...:)

Vung Tau is expensive and boring place compare to HCM...seafood is expensive and variety is lesser compared to Danang, Hoi An...:)

if you expect to find gals there then dun bother...dun think you can find...unless you bring gal there...:)

vung tau have bar to pick up girl but quite expensive...but have fuck shopsfor a more affordable option just need to know where to look for both

Haha... agree with u. Have not personally visited VT but that's what local friends say, it's basically a tourist trap. I would save the money to explore Can Tho and surrounding small towns instead.
