Tried some of the massage:

Hai Son Hotel: went there around 3pm++ price for the normal room is 250k vnd including 1 hr massage by a gal and half an hour foot massage by a guy. I believe you can opt out for the foot massage if you want, cos if you take it up, you will need to give tip to the foot massage guy as well. I also skip the bath as I am rushing for time. Got a 19 yo gal who is quite cute, but can only speak very basic english. Attitude quite good. SOP massage and HJ with negotiated price of 500k vnd. (I already tried negotiating down the price, but it seemed difficult in D1). Removed her bra to roam around and also finger abit. The rest I think no need to go into details. Got her Zalo and surprising she still got message me for the next few days.

Gossip Massage: Went to this joint around 11pm++. Took the normal room at dunno 220k or 240k. Go stream room. Before going to shower, there is suppose a guy who will help u scrub your body. However, I skip it coz I don't want to give tips. So straight go shower and go massage room. Kena a tanned gal who is not ugly, just not to my liking. Also, throughout the session, she was quite rough, and I was liked manhandled. Quite dulan and even opt out the HJ. Wanted to give only 200k tips but she insisted 300k. LL paid and left. Very bad experience here.

Minh Tam 2: Went to this joint after some research from the net. It was the best joint among the ones I went. The only issue is the address is in D7 which is far from my hotel in D1. It was so good that I went twice to try the normal room and the VIP room.
Normal room: price is 200k vnd. go Steam room followed by scrub body by a guy, shower and go massage room. Got a 22 yo gal who is pleasant and sweet looking. massage and HJ. One thing I like about this place is they give u erotic massage and HJ before negotiating the tips. In the end I gave her 450k tips (tried negotiating to 400k but failed). After paying, got a membership card which entitles 30% off normal room or 10% VIP room for my next visit.

VIP room: Went to this joint cos the quality of gals seemed better than other joints I went. Tried the VIP room at 550k which entitled to use the VIP for 2 hrs. Straight away go into a room with personal steam and sauna facilities as well as a large bath tub. i got a 24 yo pretty gal with very good attitude and speak some english. She was with me for the whole 2 hrs. Unlike the normal room, this time round, it is the gal who bathed and scrubed my body. The only disappointment is she didn't join me bath inside the bath tub :p. SOP massage followed by massaged "baby" and some autoroaming. Tried negotiated the tips to 400k but she insisted 600k. In the end, settled with 550k. I think it is a fair rate consider she spent 2 hrs with me in the VIP room. (as compare to normal room, the gal spent 1 hr only). Damage: 495k (after member discount) + 550k tips.

Note that in all the joint above, can order noodle (instant noodle) to eat and drinks and fruit. I am not sure if they are free flow. I had ordered only once. Also not sure if can order drinks other than mineral water because I have difficulty communicating with the waiters. (They cannot speak english or chinese.)

Binh Duong (pronounced "bin yearn") is an industrial area like Jurong or Pasir Panjang, as the bros here have pointed out. It was also the place where several factories with Chinese signages were burnt during the protest against China. But I have a few factory owner friends there who said it's an isolated incident and didn't get very far out of hand.

I think the Gossip Massage you are referring to should be Dai Nam. Ticket for 1 hr massage is 240k. Personally I like this place most. The quality of the girls are very good. Mostly fair. I think you really got unlucky to be assigned a tanned one.

For HJ, don't even bother to discuss or negotiate. It is a standard procedure by them. If they ask massage baby, just say yes. If they start to nego, just act blur and pretend you don't know what they talking about. Tips is standard 300k for me, with HJ and auto roam. If lucky, sometimes can steal a kiss from them.
