Is 500k considered steep during friday saturday sunday..?

If of the same standard during monday-thursday, what would be the price that is lowered?

On Saturdays, OKT can quote watever amt they like. If its PH, lagi chop carrot head! So for 500K on Sats quite the norm. Go tues-thurs. U r KING tere!

Side track bit. Ustand fm friends as long as teres no ferries fm Kukup, cewks prices r normal. Cos teres alot of Msian tamus than Sillyporean tamus. Tats wat happened last year. 1st and 2nd day of CNY, quite quiet at Villa cos kukup ferries were not in operation. And cewks prices were not erratic. :D My Sillyporean friend oreidi reserved Maxi rooms for themselves for 1 and 2 of CNY.

Cant make it on 10 5 nite. So went yday. As ferry approaching jetty saw rows of chairs/tables laid out near the jetty. Open concept makan place. Something like HarbourBay. Nite fall Will be nice, makan, facing the sea....

Took a slow walk. Wah, nite time very beautiful leh. Lunar NY red lanterns hung at lamp post all the way fm jetty. (Tks to Pak Prez for making TBK like small chinatown). Nite time can see locals and some cheongster playing fireworks.

The Minang nasi padang shop beside R Sayang Hotel also renovated leow. Look plea$ant. So was the food price. Opposite the Minang a coffee house also newly renovated. No sell rice or mee. Mostly chicken menu.

Passed by Maxi..wah..now they have their own pte carpark. They r really doing very well! Owned alot of properties at TBK.

Went Villa. Ayam 99.9% habis! Tinggal balance balance. Either the cwek CMI or bely expensive. Theres 2 at diff joint. Quoted 1juta n 1.4juta. The former 1 looked SYT with brown hair. Looked like season leow. The latter doesnt look slim...like gal next door. I may pick the former if I am below 30Yrs old.:o

Saw my madura cewk. LaiAng. Went Ruko. T10 left only 3. MILF I dont mind. But these 3 really CMI. So LL no boking tat nite.

Next morning took 2nd ferry back. As the hotel car approaching the jetty, saw a new "exhibition building". Looks like TBK to be "commercialised" near future. Any SBF nvestors?:D
