It's the T&C she agreed to with the SG authorities for allowing her to work in GL.

After her contract completed.... she has to leave SG and cannot come back to work.

I would not call it a ban....... as she can still come in as a tourist after 5 yrs..... if there had not been any adverse reports against her during her stint in GL.
