additional information regarding atm withdrawal from bro break78 ..

the atm in 天虹 belong to Bank Of Construction. Limit 2.5rmb
most china bank atms limit is 2.5rmb

Hang Seng Bank (HK Bank) withdrawal limit is 3.0rmb

Hmm..then its pretty reasonable to use citibank card.

I'm not very sure about the citi rate.. but when i use posb to withdraw, even when i add in the $5, i still fiind the rates better then u change cash in china.. :(

money changer in china always have lousy rate ....
that's why i always use the atm ... :)

what we're trying to compare is posb has a transcation fee of $5..

but CASH KING say Citibank atm card dun have charge..

yes yes .. we r comparing atm transcation against atm transcation between 2 banks ..

for cash advances using credit card .. there's a one time charge and a interest rate of 2% per mth ...
that becoz u r using the bank money not ur own money ..
In other words .. u r using FUTURE MONEY ...
it's a NO, NO .... bad bad money management ...
