I can company u to Pattani but at a price :D I have been there 2 times but if u are afraid then go Wat Pako, should be safer.

not a fan of rian-based amulets. would stick to powder ones, my personal believe is that powder amulets usually more jalan.

LP Pae.. more of a fad (albeit one which lasted quite awhile) which has passed.

would rather you pass this piece.. if really want to get LP Pae, get a ''Kanen'' or any batches up to Sam (3) Pan..

U now base in Thailand... u have a lot of opportunities to look for amulets. If u want LP Pae's amulets, u might want to go to Wat Phikhuntong but over the counter all are remake. U need to discuss with the monks there, they might be able to let go 1 old piece to u :D Or head to Pantip 2... there are a lot of tok kong amulets but u must be very careful there.

I had few pieces of LP Pae somdej n 1 piece 2494 rented to a samster here. :D

Now I only wear depending on mood, LP Koon rian, LP Thop somdej or LP Thuat Wat Changhai. The rest all in box in store room :D

I heard many poor families in country side, they never know they have valuable amulets in their attap hut until other people take over from them.
