to be honest there are pros and cons to have them
If not I don't think there will be so many
massage parlours and whorehouses in batam
batam will be very much control like Singapore

To be honest, Jakarta and other parts of INdo are pretty much the same.

However due to close proximity from singapore, and huge exchange rate, there is demand and there will be supply.

You look at the number of migrant workers and you get a good idea the demand.....Also influx of outsiders....

Hi all, this is my first post and I hope no one will flame me if i commit any sins of this forum. I am going to Batam on 1/2/11(tue) till 7/2/11 (mon) on my own and this is my first trip there. I know I could have read the past 600 plus pages for infomation but this was a last min decision. Basically, i just wanna know if its safe to go during this period and what dangers should I look out for? I am really blur like sotong there and dont know where to go to find girls? Im staying at panorama which i got thr KAHA. 445000 per night. Oh and how much should i be paying for cab fare from ferry terminal to Panorama. Thank you all.
