along Pasteur Road before the Notre Dame Catherdral, those bars are decent bars catered to tourists...dun think there are gals there waiting for pickpup...if you mean waitresses then really up to the waitresses to see if want to go with you and usually very late at nite or early morning they finished work...:)

The beer prices there are one of the highest in HCM...I am not sure how much it costs because never step in...:)
