i have been a Liverpool fan for 19 years to date.
Those were the days ..this year the possiblity of the EPL crown is very low.
I will put the CL & FA cup as the priority now & try to get into the top 4 places especially Man U, Chelsea & Arsenal are almost guaranteed top 3 finish ..not to mentioned Man C. ...Sigh~~

We got to call a spade a spade and I will say none of the 11 players out there at the stadium of darkness tonight deserved to wear a Liverpool shirt.

:(

Agreed. I'm very surprised our back 4 are taking their time to pass the ball amongst themselves at 1 point in the 2nd time. Taking forever to push the ball into the opponent's half, I also thought we were leading. None of our players look like they can make precise crosses. A lot of times, our crosses hit the Sunderland players that is guarding the crosser... Sigh...

Rafa's squad is thin on quality. Voronin's train of thought is almost leisurely...

They looked very ordinary today. The great worry is Rafa has no game plan when Stevie and Torres are out - his response today: add a central defender. WTF.

It looks like the bad old days are coming back.

i m too embarassed to even say "title" and "liverpool" in the same sentence, we're going to strunggle to even make it to Champ League next year. Other than Man U, CHelsea & Arse, there's still Spurs, Man C & Villa to battle - and now Sunderland! They drew man u last time out and beat us this time, dats probably not a fluke.

As long as gillett & hicks remain, we will get nowhere. And rafa should probably go too. Get hiddink in before chelsea gets him (i dun tink carlo is going to last long).

Two words to sum up the team yesterday...."Very Ordinary" just like any other BPL lower rank teams...didn't see anything to suggest that they are a top 4 team...I think this season finishing top 5 will even be a problem for them, let alone win anything...:(

tat can only show Liverpool is a 2 man team.no Gerrard n Torres mean good luck to u..

Gerrard is getting older liao, so more injury..he cant play like he's 25yo time..like wise for Torres, though young but injury prone...there will b many matches where one or both of them will be out again..

I think Liverpool is in a period of very bad luck. Gerrard & Torres injured still nto bad enough, a balloon helped Sunderland score.

How much more unlucky can they get?

I dont think luck got anything to do with the performance..

We had more than enough time to score and win the game..
We are simply just not good enough...

I always see things on the bright side but seriously at this rate, there is nothing so bright to see...

Its either buck up or screw the season from now on..
We can even afford to lose the game and say we are still in the title race...
