u said it Bro...when El Nino scored the first beauty i was already in a daze n when N'Gog coolly hit the 2nd n saw Reina (of all pple) almost instantly hugging him i felt like i was back wif the Kop n singing along the Mersey...another special Anfield moment...a feeling even $$$ cannot buy...priceless:)

Bro i am just trying to keep it real...i believe that a true fan can equally support the club while at the same time providing constructive criticism...

anyways this week is a week to rejoice (regardless of weds mickey mouse match) n give credit where credit is due...to Rafa, Lucas, Carrragher,N'Gog n the the rest of the team n all members of the club for staying to together n providing a wonderful memorable experience for all Reds fans...come on u Red Men:)

lets forget abt torres for a moment.the story of the day was how liverpool s modestly acquired defence n midfield went head to head with united expensively assembled superstars and completely outplayed them once again. wat i m talking abt are players who cost 10 mil such as youssi,lucas,aurelio,insua,agger and ngog. so lets hear no more about how rafa has failed in the trfs market n how all the players below 10 mil have been a disaster.remember even alonso cost us only 10 mil.

Yes in fact they mostly cost 5m or less.

But Rafa's strategy has shifted in the last two seasons, I believe largely due to the impact of Torres. He has bought expensive players instead of spreading the money out. It's a good strategy but does leave us short at times for cover. But Rafa approaches the project as a work in progress. I don't think he expects to win the league this season, but give 2 more seasons, he will have top class players in all the positions, plus some good cover.

I hope that liverpool can expand the pool of goal scorers in the regular 1st team, namely in central midfielders (lucas and mascherano) and central defenders (carragher, skrtel and agger). We are relying too heavily on Torres, Gerrald, Benayoun, Kuyt for goals, and when these players are injuried or out of form, usually we did not win the game.

Title chance now almost certainly over now.
Moreover Torres is injured again, hopefully not serious.

Torres was not injured at all.
Rafa brought his own downfall by replacing him when the game was there for the winning.
He brought even more stupid acts by replacing Yossi when 2-1 down with a guy who is making his BPL debut :confused:
He is destroying us..

1 fine game last time out, he lost his plot today.

5 defeats, i wonder can we even secure a UEFA place now ! :mad:
