Mustaspha Shopping Centre have quite good exchange rates.
According to an indian bro of mine,could be one of the best offering rate in Singapore

just saw on yahoo, exchange rate is 4.48 leh.... cheong ah!!! :D

here's is my breakdown.
Hotel : 200 rmb (stay in swan lake/ fulong/jiayi instead of huihua/miraton/huimei)
KTV : 400 rmb is about rite
KTV tips (3 gals) : 600 rmb is also rite
ON Gal : 600 rmb (no tips for her and her sitting fee already paid on top)
Food : 90 Rmb (eat a bit less and spend it on item below)
Wash Hair : 10 Rmb
Foot Massage : 100 Rmb (do 2 sessions instead of 4, wash hair as back-up)

Total : 2k RMB exactly :D
Savings of $650 RMB each day. Over 3 days can be $1900 RMB (can stay another day)
