what u didnt see was that rush defended from the front, harassing defenders into making hasty passes. which increases the probability of a missed pass, thus allowing the midfielders and defenders to recover the ball. and his positive influence on the 17 yr old fowler was obvious in rush's 2nd stint with the reds.

lucas is not and will never be a brazilian like kaka or ronaldino.. but he's more like a dunga, gilberto or filipe melo type of midfielder... one tat do not get under spot light for scoring fantastic goal drazzling dribble, but rather perform his role quietly and effectively.. (p.s. i never said he's already as good as them... :p)

anyway, everybody seems to forget that he's only 22, there's plenty of time for him to improve, and i think we agree that he did improve tis season...
