Thuc cafe is a 24hr coffeeshop chain, there are several branch in HCM. The coffeeshop is usually very small in size, at late night I always see alot of insomniatic local hanging around. No, I dont think they have ladies accompany guest.

Cannot compare pricing this way, depend on other factor and indvidual.
Example last month in HCM with my friend, arrange a local FL $36 include room, local FL only speak vietnamese, my friend dont enjoy at all due to communication barrier.

The next day my friend get a FL from wechat, she said its fine to reject if photo dont look same. My friend accept and bonk her for 1mil ($60), she can speak simple english so end up my friend enjoy better.

For a difference of SGD$24 can enjoy the bonk better, this is a small amount for many sinkie who go there once in a while.
