I have a colleague from another department who did ART self test the day before and result was negative. However, he had bodyache and chills on the following day and he tested positive for both ART & PCR tests when he visited his family doctor. His colleagues all tested negative for ART. He has no idea where he got the virus from till today.

To be more objective, the risk is higher when you dine outside at even half packed restaurants or hawkers, and contaminated surfaces on public transport, than from ML, who see a max 10-12 people a day. Again, lower risk doesn't mean no risk. So if you are really concerned then don't go out at all and keep your outings to bare minimum and for essentials only.
