All brothers residing in BAtam beware.

The police have announce that they are going to do more road checks from 2006 onwards. Please be more careful if you driving and remember to take your IDs when you go out.

End of the day, this gives them the excuse to take more $$$ if you are not careful.

A plead to all batam veterans here.

I am entrusted to organise a 3d/2n bachelor party for my soon to get married buddy. 6-10 of us in the group, intend to stay in seaside resort type. I have only been there once and stay at Nagoya Formosa and book from Sedona Country.

I have browse through the thread here, but cannot put together a complete picture regarding such hotel/resort. :(

I have also visited hotel booking website s like asiatravel, asiaroom, holidaycity.com. But, only can get info on Holiday Inn and Harris resort!! Frustrated liao, can't find any that near batam centre where we from JB will arrive. :confused:

So, samster here like DNAT, Meatlover, JT, can help me pls?! Tolong lah...!

Really, will you guys recommend Batam or Balai if I am planning resort type party tour with a bit english speaking or chinese speaking ceweks? I am quite fluent in Bahasa but my bros are weak lah...

Bro, in Batam, RP350k range are considered average gals. Not many ceweks could speak English/Chinese and if there are, theres not many of them. For a group of 6-10, assuming you need to source 10 ceweks, may have to be specially arrange so as not to disappoint everyone. But be prepared to pay a PREMIUM!

Balai got no resort type. Maybe you could try Bintan?

Since it's for the soon to get married guy's party, maybe I can help you. I got a local Chinese friend, well educated, can speak English and Chinese. If you want I can link you up with him. He's working for some event organizing company and should have a lot of lobang. The only thing is, it may cost quite a bit here, but then again you are talking about SPECIAL arranged party right?

Pls don't ask me how much and things like that cos I really don't know. So if you want, just let me know and I'll help link you up with the guy. I'm only helping you to get things done here, and him for having some extra income.
