according to the above fixture, and assuming they lose all their "tough matches"...

man city : - 8 pts
villa : - 5 pts
spur : - 9 pts...

so IDEALLY, IF we WIN our remaining 7 games, incl agst cheski, and other results go "accordingly", we'll pipped them to 4th place....!!!

so there's still hope....

:p:p:p

sibei optimistic man!!.. haha.. but i LIKE. :D

or inter for Sneijder plus mourinho and 20 million...

Awww..SG + Lucas + Reira + Yossi might just be enuough for 1 kaka
Dun think Liverpool would like a losing business :o

As for the 2nd option, changed of owners is the only option for this to work ..They cant even find 20millions to get rid of Rafa now..Ppl just dun ustand what happen in 2004 season is alrdy a history...

4th spot..that will even give RB think he still has "magic" in him..i rather suffer this season & fight for next season now by getting rid of him.

What if the other teams never lose, draw only also can -.-? Really anyhow bochap 1.. lol, given Liverpool form and morale, they more likely to lose that their top 4 competitors.

Players are talking about "don't mind leaving" the club, having such mentality.. like we saw in ManUtd game, they don't even commit 90% into the game. Last time still got spur aim beat ManUtd every game now the players like just get on with it mindset.

No top 4 ending, I can see sales of stars and crucial players. Rafa will be axed too for failing his guarantee. This outcome is quite realistic if you think rationally. I've nothing against Liverpool as long as they don't play boring football, but this might be the season big 4 monopoly is broken, and highly competitive next season on.

here we go again blame rafa again,we all along noe 4th spot wld be hard, cos the other teams like villa ,spurs, man city, fulham, everton, birmingham have improved, those clubs have closed the gap.forget abt 4th plc, like toress said not finishing 4th is not the end of the world.

Even winning the europa league will be scant consolation for a really dogshit season!!!!

If MU win the title again this season and thereby get the record 19th championship, then the demise of our great club will be complete....:o

Guys, forget Istanbul 2005, thats gone....what is needed now is re-building and by that I do not necessarily mean a major overhaul of the squad (although I do acknowledge that we will have to bring in more pacy and skillful players who can dribble and beat opposing defenders as we really lacked creativity and width in our overall play this season).

What I mean is to get in new owners and certainly a new manager. If the owners cannot be bought out, then at the very least change the manager to another that doesn't tinker with his players so much and play them out of position week in week out, never quite knowing who his best 11 is!!!!

In my view, our current squad isn't the best, but it is still enough to get 4th spot in the league. The fact that we are not falls squarely on the shoulders of one Rafa Benitez, who has I feel, lost the confidence of his players by his inexplicable selection of players for most of the games this season. For instance, if I could speak to Rafa in person, I would really like him to explain to me why he plays Gerrard (who is our best central-midfielder) behind Torres and Kuyt (who plays as a striker for his country) on the right wing. Then there's the selection of Lucas.....wtf I wonder is Rafa thinking????

I think I really needn't say much more. IMHO, its time to ring that change, Istanbul or no Istanbul!

SG OUR best central midfielder, come on i wld say he s our best attacking midfielder,he can t play in central midfield cos he does not have the noe how to play in that position,he jus wanna roam all over the field when he plays in central midfield, thats y rafa sticks him to the right sometimes, even capello does that 4 england.he shd jus play where he s playing now cos thats where he can cause the most damage.if u look at it rafa actually had a game plan n it wrked 4 abt 10 15 mins than our fullback make 2 stupid mistakes n the game is lost, for the first goal y did n t insua head the ball out n concede a throw in.the second goal he failed to to stop df frm crossing,y did he not stand near to df right foot n show him the inside where maxi was providing cover.this 2 mistakes n FT misses caused us the game.

hopefully we are wrong but recently his body language is telling us another story

SG for KAKA not a gd deal at all , if KAKA cant settled in Real i dun see him settle on BPL , as for Sneijder plus mourinho not as long as the american is still in charge.

A true supporter do not support a club blindly but instead give constructive suggestions/opinions.

How many times i have seen forumers saying, dont blame rafa, dun blame the yankees, dun blame lucas/ngog/babel..touch you heart..do you all really mean it OR just finding excuses for yourself ?

While what we discuss here or thousands other website will not even affect a single bit of the decision from the Liverpool management team, we can just talk & talk about it all day.

When a team is in crisis (especially a status of Liverpool), the 1st person to look at is the boss - how he motivates the players, afterwhich that he can only leave the players out on the pitch to perform.

When they are not performing, then its the problem of the Boss, its the same when you work in the society.

Manure boss can afford to throw a boot at his players during 1/2 time talk, Jose can afford to sub his players aft 15mins of play because he deem them not doing their best - thats why they are so highly respected & winning the championship..

Rafa don't even give give a pat on the back of the players or shake their hands when they were sub (ONLY unless his team is leading)..

I still stand my ground of my view - But..i can only hope..

Huat Arh ~~~

Bro it's good to see you back and get some fresh air from the staleness of people who just come in to get a kick out of blasting Lucas or Rafa ;)

I'm not going to defend SG though heheh - he is always pissed poor against the scum and last season's OT game was the only one where he actually made a difference. I thought he did ok last Sunday - you can't control a game as second striker, and besides helping the build up to the goal, as laid on the cross which Torres fluffed in the final minute.

Reds agree £6m Riera deal with CSKA Moscow

Liverpool agree £6m Riera deal with CSKA Moscow - Transfers - ESPN Soccernet

Bye bye Riera ......

Im not sure if bros agree with me that Riera's 1 of Pool's better signings so far. At least he's got decent skills n had scored a couple of great goals. But I think he's too injury proned.

Haizzz ... 2 mil loss for Pool for selling Riera ... Y do we keep selling the better players (imo, riise, warnock, finnan, murphy etc ) n retain so many of those who cannot make it (i rather not name who, u shd know lah!) ............. :(
