I have not seen the new jersey yet but heard about its design from my friend's wife who is one of the PR heads in Standard Chartered........ the main colour is GREEN!! :confused:

Fuck - the Benfica player hacks down Torres, confronts Babel who gets red carded, and gets only a yellow himself!

Legitimate goal by Torres ruled out for offside!

Ref is losing it and we are really up against it!

HT 0-1 to Pool. I must say Benfica played some great attacking football but disappointed with their tricks and rough play. Down to 10 and it's going to be a war in the 2nd half.

Benfica freekick hits post, Insua fouls Aimar -penalty! 1-1. It's been coming.

Torres thru on goal, misses badly. He is just shattered.

penalty to Benfica - Carra handball, Benfica scores 2-1. All going wrong.

2-1 Benfica FT. Uphill from the time Babel got sent off. Benfica played well and created enough chances to deserve the win but it could have been so different if Torres had tucked that chance away.

Sigh.

just saw the goal on youtube...

wat a goal by agger!! it's more like a "no. 10 player" goal than a "defender goal"...

if i din see wrongly, it's agger whose tackle caught aimar... it was a "home team penalty"...

2nd penalty was simply unlucky, tha ball just struck caaragher arm while he slided in...

well... 1-2, there's everything to play for in 2nd leg...

It was Insua who was given a torrid time by Aimar. Maybe not Insua's fault as Babel was off and this weakened the left side. But he needs a break definitely and it may be a good thing he is not playing in the return.

Shall we stick Riera as leftback rather than fine him heheh.

for a start,Liverpool must try to get another owner.
those Americans are killing the club,whatever profits if any generated will be used by them to service their loans.
so no money for new players,must sell players to get new players.
i think the 4th place will also a bit difficult for Liverpool.
