Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Looks good on paper but Burns and Hammers are scrapping to survive so it wouldn't be easy.
What pundits like to say about teams which are mid-table or safe from relegation being easy to beat is just bullshit. It depends on form and the game on the very day. ;) |
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
bro rahl,u r rite 2 say tat it "looks good on paper but Burns & Hammers r scrapping 2 survive so it wouldn't be easy".
But Rafa & his men must look UP 2wards the 4th place. They jz need 2 concentrate & play their own games well. I firmly believe tat if they win their remaining games, they would end the season at 4th place. manc is bound 2 fall along the way .... they r currently 5 pts ahead of The Reds, but they kannot be scoring alot of goals week-in-week-out esp when they face Manu on 17-April, Arsenal on 24-April,Villa on 1-May & Spurs on 5-May. |
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
what the hell is RF thinking???
at 1-1 and he sub..... |
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
1st half is poor, 2nd half not that wonderful but why is Torres sub when we need to score?!
does anyone have any idea why? |
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Aqualani was a total flop and he even positioned himself to block a goal-bound shot from Xabi
GIVE UP ON RB:mad: |

SG & FT needs to move on & find a new club if he is still at the helm. As usual, i expect some Rafa's supporters (sld i say "so-called" die-hard liverpudian" )here finding excuses for him saying FT is injured or no form or w/e reasons they can have... Looking forward to next season now...:) |
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
As much as I used to like Rafa,he is really digging his own grave. It's so painful to be a Liverpool fan.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Oops..he did it again!:D Can someone recommend Lucas to be a referee instead of a football player as he is so reluctant to hold on to a ball.:DYA..ya..ya...he listened to RB to give ball away cheaply:eek: Those who 'catch no ball' can retro back 2 0r 3 pages to find your answer from fellow RB cum Lucas's supporters.

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
I wonder why RB didnt start with babel, he is suspended for our next europa match anyway. He has improved recently. Maxi has a hatrick of chances, and also many half-chances went begging. Utterly disappointing performance. RB is getting more and more unpredictable than the women in my life.....
Maybe, RB has a hidden agenda to force the 2 clowns out by missing the CL next season, RBS will force them to sell the club. On a lighter note, my friends took a dig on me by buying me 2 LFC jerseys (home & away) with Lucas name on it. Any takers? |

Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
1) Look at Stevie G reaction after Torres was sub.
2) RB is obesses with europe. 3) YB substitution was good as he was pretty ineffective on the wing. Babel introduction into the games stretches the birmingham defence with his pace and crosses. That was the reason why last 10min or so we have so many "opportunities". But I was totally disgusted for torres sub. A half fit torres would definitely put away those chances that fell to ngog. At 2 :1 i do understand but not at 1 : 1 when you are supposedly chasing the game for three vital points. Rafa!......... 4) what is the point for players to come out saying we must win all our remaining "6" games while the mgr is doing bizzare sub decision that inevitable surrender the game without a fight. Not the liverpool way. DEFINITELY! In the 70s and 80s commentators used to said "never write off liverpool until the last min of the game"...and true to the fact we always fight till the every last min of the match. The current crop of mgrs be it GH or rafa....they all tend to prioritise matches. I am disgusted and saddist. Really looking forward to tomkin article for some positive notes to cheer me up now. :( |

Rafa will live and die by his decisions, and unfortunately the sub didn't work out for him. Would Torres have scored one of the three chances Ngog had? Probably. One of the cruel ironies of football. I thought we were great in the last 15 mins - Stevie, Babel, Maxi all did their part, and even Ngog got into great positions, as Birms tired. Blast Rafa all you want, but let's give the lads some credit, especially Ngog, who has got to carry the club on his shoulders. |
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
