Latest update. My favourite SYT coming over @ 1900hrs, now thinking of a way to meet the model Ant which I tried to build rapport with last night. Can't do it openly because both of SYT n the model work in Iron. However, understand from Ant that she is only assign to Iron for 15 days... Thanks for your concerns and info, they are proven to be very useful. Nah, don't think I will BF Ant, as mention, my favourite No.79 already came over to my hotel. There is only 1 Citibank in Thailand and that is in Bangkok opposite Singapore Embassy.
If u meant to ask where u can withdraw money using ur citibank atm/debit/credit card without occurring withdrawals fees ?
Not too sure about the type of account u have but my Citibank current account with debit card can withdraw money from any ATM overseas without service fee.

But do take note that Thai ATM will charge 120 or 150 baht service fee for foreign ATM cards for every withdrawal.

Price to pay for convenience (or SOS!:p). Be wary of double whammy, both thai bank charge and own SG bank.

Many bank ATMs with Visa or "Cirrus" label shd get you access to your bank account (or credit card advance, with % levy).

Outside service charge, be wary of their lousy exchange rate (you draw THB and covert back to home currency). Banks have a life of their own, it's only business (theirs, to make us consumers pay):p

Not all banks charge the service fees.
Like i said earlier....My Citibank current account debit card has no service fee for withdrawals in overseas ATM.

In Cambodia, there are 2 banks which dun charge service fees at all.
Hope more banks follow this.

Not sure if Singapore UOB card holders get charged for using UOB Thai for ATM withdrawals.

I rem the last trip I went, Airport AGG did have some shower show. It's in the middle of the bar, but frankly, the shape of the bar is very long and narrow, so viewing is not ideal.

I won;t say I will spend 5k bht on LT, but I do agree wit you that I try not to bargain too much. To each its own lah. I usually based on mkt pc... so +/- a few hundrew bhts I dun bargain. At most, deduct from the tips that I originally want to give loh :D
