what kind of change? no doubt she have good attitude and accommodating in service to please. Look may not be her forte but still acceptable.

Haha. Of course.

I just mean to say that I have a different connection with her although I may not be the only one.

When she barely got started and had the Mt S issue and very soon after, I was quite aware of her challenges. Let's just say I never felt that she had been dishonest with me or facetious in my judgment and decision to help her as someone in need. Again I might not have been the only one.

She's certainly a resilient person and not money faced like another ML who left quite abruptly but might come back.
