Bui Vien is also a huge party street at night, from 7pm through early morning hours, and for that many young locals do come there. But it's true that the basr with takeout girls there down near Do Qhang Do are for foreigners, not locals customers. However the other bars in that area, the normal ones, get plenty of locals, even dominated by locals. Thinking of the ones in the hems off Bui Vien closer to De Tham especially.

Do you mean those KTV are in the backpacker place? If so, no I do not think they are in backpacker area.
My question is are those KTV cater to local or foreign? The ST rate from those KTV are much higher than wechat girls in the tourist area.

Thanks for the information once again. I guessed there will always be school fees to be paid for most 1st timers. I still benefitted in return regardless if I was paying a bit more.

Money can be earned back. It is good to gain some field experience so that I will be more smarter the next time round.
