From my experience, assuming you have a good record in the database, book a day in advance for ang pais. Give her an exact time slot instead of a range. If she replies she's not available, suggest alternative time slots until she's available. Only after she confirms the time slot then I would ask for her address if it's the first time I'm visiting her. Keeping the booking text short and direct to the point usually works well for me.

Their so called bf need to help them to pay either Condo rental fee or agent's fee first then u can get whatever u want from them. In Chinese is called 包养. Some hinted to me that their Condo daily rental fee is around $450 and said she is definitely not providing fj for free. Don't give up bro, it took me 2-3 months before bookings went smooth for me. Prior to that I would send 5-6 SMSes with virtually no replies every time I tried to book. I visited MLs in spas instead during that period though I didn't really like that environment. I would say that newer MLs with little business are more willing to give newbies a try.

Took a chance and booked her rather late and got a slot. First day of work so maybe that's why.

Booking is handled by agents as I was surprised by the chinese messaging to and fro fluently. The thai girl has no chinese background. Conversation with her is in English. Her english is pretty good.

Not a landmine. She is as per the video. Lots of tattoos if you mind. Young nubile playful. She is here only for 2 weeks and she wants to visit a lot of places. :D
