Not entirely true. My recent mr, cbj all inclusive in the price. Already done with another ml earlier on, no top up. Just talked to a ml. Whatever advertised is a contract between the ml and us. If it is advertised with the price, if they ask for top up, it is not honest based on her perspective. Once again, the best is ask. A few years ago (approx circa 2016-2020), if this oral service was in the ad, it was provided as part of the stated rate of $100-$110.
