Dear all,

I like to say a very big thank you to Pink_FLoyd Bro.
I was in Taipei a few weeks back, I call up Cai Dong, and found Empire.

He lead me into a room and i selected a girl to accompany me.
I selected the no return cloth option.

The girl is average, and I opt for a showtime first. It was a strip tease.
It was really nice, and the girl sang quite well. As she is a taiwanese native, she couldn't speak hokkien.

So after the dance, we play bluff, and sing and she was naked all the way till the end of 2 hours. it was really an experience.

At the end of it all, Cai Dong charge me NT4000 for everything, including the canned beers and fruits.

I was paiseh and wanted to tip the girl. The girl was surprise that I tipped her.
I like the place very much, it is clean and honest.

I was so happy that I tipped Cai Dong too.
Will definitely go back again

Maybe next time I will try the other categorie girls.

Joe, I am glad that you have fun in Empire. Could you also put the gals number as well so that If other bro are keen with that gal, we know who we want to call....

I had given out Cai Dong numbers to lots of bro and hope for more new FR... Reason being is that gals there come and go... so new FR can update us on the quality of gal and services.

This may be alittle off topic but does any of the bros here know if its better to change TWD in singapore or in taipei?

According to xe.com, the rate is 23.26 (for 1 sing dollar). But most of the money changers at the arcade or peoples park only quote 22.5-22.6.

I also notice that as compared to HKD or RMB, the TWD rates offered in singapore are quite far off from the market rates. :(

Would it the exchange rate be better if i were to change in taipei?

Can also press $ from DBS atm with no processing fees. But rates wise dunno gd or not

It's better to just change in Taiwan. Oh, and like another bro mentioned, DBS ATM card or even Citibank ATM card withdraw from their ATM no extra charge (even better).

just came back from taipei.... wooo its one of the best place to go to...

I dont have any field report but if anyone love taiwan milf den you go to opposite taiwan arena... where jayz chou host his concert. 15F NT4200.

Good place for hot and cold sauna very big area.

Anywhere their night club Sogo area is one of places if you know where to go and how to speak to their mummy.
