juz sharing a thought.............read in the net that adam is now injured playing 4 scotland in their last game, with gerrard still out & with meireles, aquilani & cole gone, suddenly our strong midfield depth which we have at the beginning of the season seems to have evaporated.........a case of miscalculation by KK???............:(

come on u reds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no worries ... i am sure KK will come up with a game plan to beat Stoke this weekend. was a very gd game against Bolton... Jordan Henderson and Adam both score and what a way to Start their Anfield career ! We may not win the BPL (as per Henry commented) but that was a gd start, compared to last season. ( 9 matches ply = 7 points ) Way to go!! YNWA!!:)

any idea on how it is going on viz the new stadium?...the new stadium is the final piece to ensure liverpool's long term financial sustainability...

They likely to follow what Arsenal did when they built the new stadium :)

Adam is out for this weekend's game. He got injured in last Saturday's 2-2 draw between Scotland and Czech Republic. The Scottish FA has confirmed Adam will not play against Lithuania tomorrow nite and will leave it to the Liverpool medical team to decide whether he is able to play on Saturday.

Maybe we should rest Adam and not risk turning a short term injury into a long term one. After all, we do have cover in central midfield. Pull Henderson back to centre-mid or play Spearing etc.

Guys shocking news hope it's not true

Mourinho is said to be keen on Liverpool striker Luis Suarez, who has made an instant impact on Merseyside. Kenny Dalglish will fight tooth and nail to keep the Uruguayan at Anfield but the allure of a move to Real Madrid may be hard to fend off.

Indeed it seems that the Scot sees the former Ajax man as his first choice striker and whilst a pairing of Andy Carroll is used for some Liverpool fixtures the season Dalglish has looked to play Suarez up front on his own and taking advantage of the goals he can now hope to see coming from his new midfield signings such as Charlie Adam and Jordan Henderson.

Liverpool paid £23m to bring Suarez to the club in January and it would take a fairly hefty offer from Real Madrid to have any chance of convincing the club to sell but Mourinho may be relying on the temptation of playing for the Spanish giants being enough to convince the prolific 24 year old pushing for a move.

That's why we have a squad for these shit internationals. We got to trust the players to step up, just like we did with Flanagan and Robinson last season.

Stoke will be a good challenge, they bought some players didn't they?

What's so shocking about that? Suarez is world class and Real Madrid and JM, like he did at Chelsea, will always try to buy success.

But I'm sure Suarez will leave us for another club, probably Spanish, and I think it will be his beloved Barca. If you look at his career, you will see he gets what he wants, and he is not a one-club player.

I'm Ok if he leaves. Rush also left us, Keegan also left us. What is more important than any single player is a culture of success, which we got to build now.

Of cos this is shocking to me
Suarez just join us barely 1 season n we are in the process of re-building any disruption will very much affect our plan

Not surprised. Suarez is playing at World Class level. Won't be surprised if he's nominated for World Player of the Year, given what he achieved for Uruguay in the Copa America. If we do sell him, maybe we can find more world class players in more positions. But please don't sell him in January. I hate how the fact we don't have European competition this season, might make moving for Suarez a more attractive idea in January, since Suarez won't be cup-tied.

He won't be player of the year cos we are not in the CL ;)

Maybe in England if we have a good placing.
