From experience, it can be a slow attempt by the operators, and very slowly, they open more. IT would be a cat and mouse game, and if there is no trouble, they will open more over time, when you got a critical mass, all will open to snatch customers.

I hv been there for almost 6 yrs now and I can see the transformation of this KTV and the cewek’s attitude for the last few years.
