Jail For Sex With Under-18
 

Gd morning to all bros,

I am sure you guys read about 2 old chaps being charged and 1 of them has been sentenced to 12 months jail for having sex with a Chinese pros who was under 18.

My question is that there are quite a number of PRC syt who claimed to be 18 years old here, but how do we really know their true age? Surely we can't ask them to show us her passport before we take them to the hotel, otherwise the gal will be so scared because she probably think we are 1 of the anti-vice officer checking on them.

But if we don't take some precaution them we might just ganna a gal who claimed she is 18 years old but actually only 16+ or 17.

Hope to hear some good suggestions.

Do the lawenforcer know that many prcs forged their passports to enter sg. I not surprise if they lie abt their age too. I pity the two uncles who r jailed....

This is indeed an issue that affects all bros here who cheong the scene and there is no straightforward solution to it.

One way is to use one's instinct. If the gal looks too young, be wary. Ask to c the ic or passport to confirm before action.

Another way for bros here to help one another is to check the WL's passport after the session. I believe the WL will be down on her guard after the steamy session and is more willing to co-operate. Later, that bro can write a Fr and mention the age of the WL. In this way, other bros will know what they are in for.

Some men purposely go for underaged gals. For this group of ppl, they are dicing with the law. If they get caught, too bad for them.

I sincerely pity the two old chaps.

Responsibility should also be shoulder by the OKT and WL.
AV could paste afew poster at GL thou.
Implement that all WL must wear a pass to verify her age.

No point punishing the users when without vendors, they won't be these innocent customers.

Well, If OKTs and WLs care about the age limit, they won't come out and earn liao. As for wearing a pass, it is like telling the whole world that they are pros. Who will want to wear?

If no punishment is meted to the users, they everybody can sex the underaged and lan lan say, 'the gal also want what!' :eek:

After hearing some comments here, i guess it is really not easy. we all shd be more alert n if we shd suspect the gal is below 18 we better check it out carefully 1st b4 we whack.

Dunno whether the 2 old chaps who was reported in the ST today r one ouf our bros here or not, or if some senior bros happened to know tat 2 old chaps n hv some details of d 2 cases can share wif us how come tat 2 chappy ganna such a case. Perhaps in tis way we all can learn something from their unfortunate mistake.

=> Totally agreed with your post,BRO ! Recently i asked this SYT if she got her passport on the way to the hotel & she told me flatly - "No,no need !" Then later she lied that she have it in her bag,so i told her she wanted to have a look at her passport,she was upset & gave me attitude.So i didn't said anything & juz kept quiet & she didn't realised that i actually sent her home ! Dun even bother to explain too much to her ! It's really NOT worth the RISK !!!

Damn scary after reading this article but a good "wake up call to all !!!"

i recently read an article regarding this guy that had sex with a 11yo and he was charged after a year or so.

my question is how does the police determine that the guy had sexual intercourse with her? Does the girl only need to cry wolf and the guy will get it?

i pity d uncles. juz a moment of folly, that few minutes of excitement n they r sent to jail. other than instincts n using yr own experience to tell d gals' age, i dun thk there r other better ways. even if u chk d passport, as some bros pointed out could well b forged.

i guess our overall judgement cant b that poor. normally its not too difficult to guess d age of a young gal below 30 yo. Usually 1 call tell with a tolerance of + or - 5 years. if not comfortable, then practise self control n look for other gals lor.

Bro andyk made a correct move. If feel suspicious, better be safe than sorry. Kenna caught with the pants down damn serious. Family and job gone....spend time in jail.....come out of jail no job no money to bonk, cant face your children. children also cant face their classmates and friends...own silly face appear in newspaper and all the friends and relatives sneer at you. Don't play play man. :eek:

As for the two uncles who got jailed. According to the papers they pitied the gals for being prostituted at a young age and brought them to the police station to make a report. They did not realize that they had themselves committed a crime. .......Now who is going to pity them.

Walan! unbelievable! tat 2 old uncles actually tried to help d under-age gal n got them selves into jail??? then these 2 uncles must be damn suay man! i read 1 of them is 55 years old, tat means he shd be born in d year of d Horse - n tat means he is in direct conflict ("chong tai shui") wif d Rat! n d other 61 years old chap must b born in d year of d Rat, n tat also means he is also in conflict ("fan tai shui") wif tis year Rat! Tis is just their destiny ah.....

i realised sometimes our ST journalists are damn crap! they dun report d news accurately. from wat it was reported by tat journalist, Elena Chong, surely alot of ppl will condemn tat 2 uncles for screwing d gal of 16 years old. at least report d entire fact lah, tell d public tat these 2 uncles actually helped d gal by reporting to d police but got themselves into trouble wif d law. then at least not so many ppl will condemn them mah. at least we can give some sympathy to these 2 uncles.

So i guess next time nobody wld dare to b so kaypo n help ppl to report to police bcos we might get ourselves into trouble for helping tat person n assisting d law!!! :eek:

this is serious ........good info bros...some bros mentioned they r trying to help the girls...now i know why they kana caught...i dont remember the papers say d uncles brought them to police thats why i was wondering how come so unlucky..but of course i was reading ST:mad:.......if i know i bonk an underage girl why would i bring her to police station .the police will also ask for my statement right? sure ask me how i know the girl?...

Cannot agree more with Bro gecko. .....Accountant should be very knowledgeable and experienced, some more at that age, should even be wiser. Don't tell me it is really true that study too much can turn a person into a fool? Or does the saying 'heroes die in the hands of beauty' hold true?
