Bro, go to the 18+ tab.
On top, just on the right of the create room, there is a drop down list, just choose china

If you cant see 18+ tab, means your family filter is turned on, just turn it off :)

Really depends on time of the day, just hop around rooms
Usually I go to rooms with a few hundred people at that time, otherwise too many very laggy

Just hop in, listen to what the 主持 is saying or what is being posted on the main chat, should get a hint on whom to watch. Or just ask 关注谁

If not, change room.

China rooms I realise they dont chat too often.
If looking for chat, try philipines or Asia. Thailand also can but not many speak English.....
