Extra motivation for rt/ipt
 

Hi bros..went for my first IPT at k***** camp today and I saw a female trainer there! For those who are familiar with the current fitness program, they have engaged Real gym trainers now. No more those NS PTIs. So this lady certainly caught my eye...plus other bros I'm sure. Now come to camp for ipt also shiok. can wash eye a bit. Lol. Keep it up SAF! and no, I didn't ask her for number...:)

That FCC sure got a lot of SBF lurking once TS sexposed the location.

Else this TS must be PTI to psycho ppl to go for RT..

i believe all FCC got female PTI and they would rotate them. Now that this is outsourced, I believe before long, there would be FT PTI too. Lucky I am not a guy.

Thks for sharin the info..jus that I was surprised to see a female trainer that's all. No intention to expose anything here or 'encouraging' fellow bros to go for RT as it is mandatory for some ppl like me. Cheers!

Yeah think around that age..def not 20 something la. But with her physique still looks ok...she's le the rose among the thorns..not counting the auntie who sells the tidbits la. Oh yeah they have female recep too for inpro n outpro. But they are behind the glass window so can't interact much. Lol.

there are only 2 FCCs that start with 'K'. I just completed my 20 RT sessions at Kranji, no girls there. So it must be Khatib FCC.:D

Wow like that PT fail rate will be higher as all wanted to return to see the female PTI.

Too bad ! I have completed all my reservist many year ago liao... Otherwise I will book my RT there as well...:D

Purpose? Jus to inform fellow bros now can get a bit motivated while doing yur RT? Who knows u can tcss n bio the female trainers...Or she may jus give u a little 'push' during pull ups...:o

If she is really in her late forties, it is entirely possible that her sons attend RT too. Son at age 24, she gave birth at 24.

While during active before, someone told me, once u don the uniform and enter camp somehow it makes one hornier! Yur small head takes over! See officer of a different gender can steam le (nowadays got lots of female officers around. u will b surprised).

this reminded me of one time where a female army regular was taking charge of a RT session few weeks ago. for those who don't know, now PTIs, or Fitness Specialists as they are known now, aren't the only ones conducting RT/IPT sessions, some regulars from other units/vocations are also roped in to give fitness instruction to NSmen.

the funny thing was at the end of the session when we were doing cool-down, the female spec around late 30s told us to stretch our pecs aka chest muscles, the guys infront of her stared at her stretched tits and then she glared back at them... :rolleyes:

nah......but you are partly right if i'm going for ict.....the feeling sucks....n yes....will have feeling then.

but rt/ipt/ippt only a few hours nia.....after finished out pro can see chio bus outside liao.

anyway what is the rationale behind....all these Fitness Trainers....

a few years ago.....the maju fcc encik was telling us he losing job liao.....guess it is true.....neber see him these few weeks.....:(

haven't got chance trained by char bo before....
so it appears mindef not churning out PTIs liao?
i see they recall reservist PTIs also.....one look know liao coz a bit older n got slight tummy n arms not toned de.....but still wear PTI vest.:p

Yeah they still do recall these old PTIs to rope in to help out the RTs...if not, how they finish their reservist..

Not sure whether they are still training PTIs now..any young dudes undergg BMT now enlighten us on this?
