semi hard erection problem?
 

Don't know why for the past few months my erection is not what it used to be, always semi hard only :( probably due to work stress but that can't be help..

Is it ok if I take pills like viagra or cialis to enhance it? or maybe half a pill? is it safe? any other recommendation from bros here?

Ya, sometimes just take viagra a few times, regain confidence then later no need already.(hopefully not addicted tho)

how old are you bro? could be a medical prob..eg prostate gland etc. get a diagnosis 1st. cd again be stress as u say. dnt turn to viagra etc so soon. there are herbal stuff u can turn to :)

First thing are you on any medication?

Some drugs will cause this, and of course age will cause this also.

bro.. wait for a few days see see first... i sumtimes oso got this problem.. when i nv had enuff slp or see porn too sian.. or the porn don turn me on... even havin sex oso must see the gal got skill to turn u on to the max

i'm in my late 20's liao.. so dont think it's aging problem, not on medication as well :D I'm quite sure it's work stress plus not enough sleep (go office sure lotsa pressure plus work 10+ hours a day). Although I think the simple solution would be go out more, take up sport and sleep more but alas all that is currently not available to me as there are plenty of stuff to be done in office.

i got this problem now also :o , but i believe due to over exercise, i don't have much work stress as i am a loser, but work stress can cause this also. bro, don't think too hard on this, it will added on pressure to ur situation. just try stay relax like what the bros here told u. wish good health and nice day.

2. For those who can't/won't/don't get enough exercise, please do a Google search for "the 5 Tibetans". It's a series of very doable yoga based exercises. You'll be surprised how some simple moves bring so much benefit.

Bro, it could be combination of several factors to contribute to your condition but stress, lacking of exercise, proper rest, diet and lifestyle are the most common if you do not have any major illness recently.
