What the hell has happened to this place?

I used to go down to this place alot between 10 pm to 2am a few years ago and was rewarded with some great local ladyboys (Lisa, Baby etc)

Maybe at OT? Some of those that stand at L16 are Thais on tourist visas.....maybe left due to harassment from FLs OKTs there.

I believe you're right bro. The FLs OKTs moved in the area some months back and I understand they told the freelance FLs to move closer to the Guillemard Road side. They must have told the local trans to do the same.
Last time the local trans did both lor 16 and Changi Village. So probably they're sticking to Changi these days. Any bros can confirm this?
The trouble is, the local trans liked to come late so the OKTs just took the empty space in the middle of 16.

Not only are the locals gone,the foreifners especially the Chinese Nationals are liars and cheaters. They promise everything and give nothing. Agreed on price outside, butalways ask for more inside(even before job) and usual trick is that they have no change foir bigger notes.
I will definately go to Rowell or Changi and give L16 a miss.

Sadly I have to agree with you, bro 2 way street. :(
The PRC trans are the ones with the numbers right now in Lor 16. As early as 8 plus I saw 6 near the main Geylang Road end! Much later only 3 or Thais in total appeared. The loal trans seem to have disappeared. A pity because the rooms in GL are so much cleaner and makan is easy to get. Looks like back to Rowell or got to get escorts.
Escort prices won't go down; the hotels are now charging more because of the room shortage and with the increase in taxi fares the escorts are feeling the pinch. Cheap and good screws seem to be a thing of the past.

The G16 scene seems to be winding down quite a bit.

I've quite put off by the PRC ones. They lack the feminine grace which the Thais typically have.
