Some geylang cat50 houses have been converted to PRC legal whorehouse

Heard L18H30 and seen L8H19

These 2 are previously cat50 thai fishtank house.
geylang OKTs tell me $100 for PRC legal. however i was quoted 150 at L8H19
They have the option from AV to convert from thai to prc. seems some houses may move towards this direction

I guess too many cat 50 around ,diffcult to make a living that they need to change.

This could backfire. With the economy down, I think some bros will be either cutting down on visits, or simply going for cheaper options ( cat 50 ).

yes, its this house. the okts also changed. can't remember which house he came from. But he told me the going rate is $150. house is very big, connected with 2 houses. I didn't see the girls because the tanks were covered by curtains.

L18H30, this house is going at $100 told to me by okt.

heard news that many prv thai cat$50 houses will be converted soon as the cut for okt is higher.

don't think so. $100, girl get $60, house get $40. the $150 ones, I am not sure of the cuts. For okts to make the switch, i think they know the thrend of the current market, if not they also wouldn't make the switch

nah.....already many OKT houses are seeing INCREASE in revenue since Cat 150 PRC start work...its boomtown charlie after 3 years of misery.

Ya, I can confirm L18H30 is PRC now. $100 for 1 hour. Calculating by time, its actually seems cheaper than Cat 50 Thai girls. The Thai girls are $50 for 25 mins, which works out to $120 per hour.

Anyway, the L18H30 OKT jio me to take a look. It's also fishtank style, just like the Thai houses, except its PRC girls. I was surprised, coz I tot PRCs dun do fishtanks. Unfortunately, oni got 1 girl inside the tank. Not bad looking, but boobs too small, so I didn't bother.

Easy. Just look at the girls. I'm sure you can tell the difference between a tank full of Chinese girls and a tank of Thai girls. Or just ask the OKT.

I agree that strictly based on timing, PRC would seem to offer a better value. Frankly if I'm going to pay $100, it is only right that I can preview the gal first.

Seems like this will be the trend: Thai -> PRC. Wonder if Thai scene may evolve to showcase models like those MP in BKK.
