Hi all,

hope some of you can offer advice.

i just realised the shaft of my penis has 2 black spots. i think it appeared after masturbation. 1 is circular, 1 is not circular. it looks like pigmentation of the skin of the shaft but i'm not sure what it is or what the cause of it, is. could it be due to dirt? it doesn't seem to be painful at the moment.

as far as sexual history is concerned, i had intercourse with a pro about 2 weeks back. it was protected. that was my 1st time also doing "it".

i hope its not anything serious!

Black spots? You mean darker in color only? wait a few days, if it stays, go see doc. Dirt? You dont wash your didi?

ya darker colour.

got wash when i shower so i think got time for the dirt to dirty the skin or something i guess??

don't think anyone here is able to diagnose what's wrong with your penis. Go and see a doctor.

can i bring this issue up to the doctor if i were to visit the DSC? or is it better to see a GP or some sort of skin doctor?

Why not? DSC doctors are so used to seeing penises every day.
Not so sure about GPs. as for Skin doctor. If you want specialist, you can go to NSC.

I got one small spot too, like pigmentation cannot be wash away. Can't remember when it appear maybe years ago, painless, I think its like 'old ppl spot' I have some on my hand as well.

Yes, no point asking for advise here, go see a doctor to have a peace of mind.

First, see doctor at DSC. Establish whether it is STD.
Second, if DSC clears you, you can consider other types of doctor. See your GP and asked him to refer to specialist.

Does it itch? It could be just fungal infection due to sweat, most common is the tinea verscolor which causes the affected skin, especially the groin area to change color, becoming either lighter or darker (brown or reddish-brown colors) than surrounding skin.

I agreed. All of us aren't qualified doctors? Your black spot may be a prelude to something more serious for all you know. Get your butt moving!
